Introduction

Welcome to Global Learning. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at www.egloballearning.com ("Site") and any related services, products, or content provided by Global Learning Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

Our services

Global Learning is a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) consulting firm providing:

• Strategic consulting and advisory services
• Workplace culture assessments and surveys
• Training programs, workshops, and eLearning content
• Policy review and development services
• Custom learning and development solutions

The specific terms of any consulting engagement, training program, or licensing agreement will be outlined in a separate service agreement between you and Global Learning.

Purchasing terms

On-demand resources are purchased through our learning platform, which is the system of record for purchase, learner access, downloads, progress, and certificates. Access is granted to the named purchaser or the registered learners identified at the time of purchase, and may not be shared beyond the licensed scope.

Customized services, municipal rollouts, and advisory engagements are scoped and quoted in writing before work begins. Where a price is shown as "by quote", the final fee is confirmed in the written service agreement.

Use of website

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site
• Use the Site to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
• Use any automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation of all content on this Site, is the property of Global Learning or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our training materials, assessment tools, survey instruments, methodologies, frameworks, and other proprietary content are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Site without our prior written consent, except for temporary copying incidental to ordinary web browsing.

User content and submissions

When you submit information through our contact forms, assessment tools, surveys, or other interactive features, you grant Global Learning a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, and analyze such information in connection with providing our services to you.

Survey responses and assessment data collected as part of our consulting services are subject to confidentiality provisions outlined in our service agreements. We maintain strict protocols to protect the anonymity and confidentiality of individual respondents.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Global Learning.
